yy999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the cause is the user's failure to maintain password security.

All transactions on yy999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. No currency conversion is applied by yy999; any charges from your payment provider are separate and outside yy999's control.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your yy999 balance once the transaction has cleared through the selected payment channel. All sports bets placed on yy999 — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other markets — are subject to the following general rules alongside any sport-specific and market-specific rules displayed within the betting section.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. Market suspension during live events is at yy999's discretion.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned may be voided and the stake returned, unless a specific result has already been determined for the market in question.
• Maximum stake sizes per bet and per event are set by yy999 and may vary by sport, market and user tier. Bets exceeding these limits may be reduced or declined.
• yy999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by match-fixing, corruption or irregular activity, regardless of the outcome.
• Cricket and PSL markets follow Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments for weather-affected matches where applicable.

Any disputes relating to bet settlement must be raised with yy999 support within 72 hours of the event settling. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.

All casino games, live dealer games and fish shooting games available in the yy999 Game Lobby are provided by third-party software providers. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.

For live casino games:

• The dealer's decision on all game outcomes is final once the round has completed.
• In the event of a technical disconnect during a live game round, the round result stands as determined by the live studio system. Bets placed before disconnection are settled based on the round outcome.

yy999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, identity issues or prohibited conduct. In cases of suspension:

• Access to the account and its balance will be restricted during the investigation period.
• yy999 will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered contact details.
• Any legitimate balance remaining after the investigation may be returned to the registered payment method, subject to verification.
• Accounts found to be in serious breach of these terms may have their balance forfeited in full.

Users wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting yy999 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay. Any remaining balance at the point of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method after identity confirmation.
